Just wondering if anyone uses, or has used, a Nokia 6650 mobile phone? I bought one yesterday from Amazon, which of course means I bought it sight unseen. The price was right, free with the AT&T contract. It dawned on me that, since I've never seen this phone before, I won't even know how to turn it on, much less how to do anything else. The layout appears to be somewhat similar to the LG 4650, which I've been using for years, so maybe the learning curve won't be too steep. Yeah, I know it was stupid to buy a phone without even looking at it, but I figured if i didn't like it I could find one that I liked and transfer the contract if it came to that. Anyway, if anyone has any pointers on the use of the Nokia 6650, I'd be really greatful. Thanks.

Hey this is my current phone so feel free to contact me with any question about using it now that i have had it for a few months and has gotten used to it. I got mine for the same reason from the ATT website .. free with new contract. The thing with that phone is its a flat keybad so it will take some getting used to to navigate I wanted to throw the damn thing out the window the first week i got it, but now i can move around it no problem. the numbers all have dots on them and the middle of the keypad (2, 5,8,0) has a slightly different texture than the outer numbers. Also unlike all LG phones that i have used the 6650 has one minor difference with its lay out. directly above the number 3 is the clear button and above the clear button is the end button .. likewise above the number 1 is the menu button and then above menu is the send button. That took some getting used to as i was used to end being above 3 and send being above 1. Which screen reader will you be using with this? Hope that helps like i said any questions post them here or feel free to contact me.

I'm going to be using Mobile Speak. We'll see how that goes.

I am guessing cuz ATT has that deal where you can get it for $89 since the 6650 is one of the phones that is part of the promotion.
